Each Maxi & Co. item is made to order and personalized just for you. Because every product is uniquely created with custom artwork or text, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 


💛 Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopmaxico.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

 


🔤 Personalization Accuracy

Please double-check all names, images, and spellings before completing your order. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for mistakes submitted by the customer.

 


💳 Non-Refundable Items

Because our items are personalized, the following are non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

 


🌍 European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the product is made-to-order or personalized.

Personalized items are excluded from this right under EU consumer law.

 


📦 How to Start a Claim

Email support@shopmaxico.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you next steps for your replacement or refund.

 


⏱️ Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact support@shopmaxico.com.
