All Maxi & Co. products are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Each piece is custom-printed and carefully packaged to ensure top quality — “sniff-tested by Maxi” before it leaves our shop. 🐶💛
🌎 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after production:

United States: 5–10 business days

Canada: 7–12 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal service, and order volume during peak seasons.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🏠 Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact support@shopmaxico.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to update it before production begins, but once printing starts, we’re unable to make changes.
💛 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 15 business days, reach out to support@shopmaxico.com and we’ll help investigate.
Please note that delivery delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside our control, but we’ll assist in resolving issues whenever possible.
❌ Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address or refusal at delivery are not eligible for automatic refunds, as each item is made to order.
We can reship the item once a new shipping fee is paid.
🐾 International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs office.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
